Nitori and the nice boat

Personally, I don’t think this one is really that good at all… it’s full of plot holes and random things I decided to put in there just because I was running out of ideas. In fact, in the middle of making it, I was just like “where am I even going with this?” because I had no idea what to do next. It’s full of running jokes this time around (sorry, Anonymous!), so when you’re watching it, don’t expect something that new or exciting. I don’t think I’ll be posting this flash anywhere else, but someone else wants to do it, I don’t really mind. It’s not that the flash itself is really that bad, I just think it could have been a lot better. But I guess the good news is that if I ever want to use these characters in another flash, I won’t really have to draw them again.

I think I need to come up with some new material, or just not commit myself to making flashes every week unless I actually have a clear idea in my mind of what they should be about. However, Halloween is coming up, and I kinda have some ideas for that. Kind of. And yeah, I guess that’s it for today. (And now I just realized how negative this blog entry sounds)

  • PIME TARADOX BTW.

  • It’s sort of hard to notice plot holes when you’re actually looking for them…

  • I lol’d at the cat bit

  • I don’t care about plot
    Because it was funny :D

  • Mystia senses…TINGLING!

  • Nitori’s an engineer!

  • I lol’d.

  • Sorry to say it, but I didn’t think this was funny at all. It starts out promising, then all the recycled material drags it down, and it never really gets up again. Even Nitori-as-MacGyver seemed forced, which is a shame, because that idea is SOLID WIN. I, for one, favor ditching the one-a-week schedule; this one could have been a lot better if you’d taken the time to develop the idea instead of forcing it out to meet the deadline.

Hope that didn’t sound too negative. I really do love your stuff. Honest.

  • Pretty and funny flash. :D

  • Tetrominon, that’s pretty much exactly what I thought, actually. I think that the reason why I keep going back to the old stuff is because it’s kinda hard to think of new stuff, especially when I make myself do it every week. I think that if I spend more time actually thinking about the stuff, it’ll be better. Like the ReimuBurger flash.. it was made about two weeks after the one right before it (not counting the Patchy flash or the Cirno game), rather than just one week, and I think that one was a lot better in terms of content and whatnot.

  • I find random entertaining–especially when there aren’t too much memes or other nonsense in them. I lol’d.

  • lol
well it was funny enough for me.
still, you should stop recycling the things of your last flash so much.
It gets kinda old, but is still funny this time, wonder about next time hmmm…
    A good flash
