No, you don’t. North Dakota is definitely not the place to go to avoid snow. I was mainly referring to the lack of flash Letty (Cirno must be lonely by now). I’ve had more than my fair share of real life Letty this winter.

(T.T) we don’t get snow where i live, in fact the average temperature here is 25° to 32°C, which (since i know most of you don’t us SI units in your countries) is like 77° to 89°C, the lowest temperature we get is like 18°C (then again) it is like 64-65° Farenheit

In a large part of China, the massive blizzard has caused a great damage.
The transportation, the electricity, everything…
It was a HUEG nightmare for the ones who live there.
(Luckily, I live in the other warmer part.)
