Delivery quests

NPCs are never really busy; they just pretend to be. And yes, I should probably stop with the weird/random endings before it gets old. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m gonna go do some of these delivery quests on Mabinogi for about four hours.

  • ROBOTS! Also, yea. Poor shmuck. He lost 10k monies. Which is, like…5 DUR BUTTERS. Oh well. His loss

  • All NPCs are just rich lazy asses, and despite all the abuse they give us, we still do their bidding.

  • lol delivery quests are really easy in Mabinogi. It also gets repetitive after a while. Most of the time though, I just do the temple jobs. (I need the holy water)

  • Well, I must admit the ending took me by surprise.

  • where did those NPCs got their money?
aint that something bothering? like, you have to walk around and do something to earn some money but those thing didnt do anything.

  • You know, I can’t seem to get sick of those imagination sequence no matter what.

  • interesting Lol wut? end :P

and it’s slightly true that most are just lazy, but could you imagine if a shopkeeper in Mabi had to leave their store unattended to deliver an item? Chaos and Pandemonium. Chaos and pandemonium.

  • goddammit Ki

Any more imagination sequences and I MIGHT JUST QUIT WALFAS

    lol jk

  • There aren’t THAT many delivery quests in mabinogi
    And they are busy existing
    WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT

  • I was unimpressed until you made it clear that Jim was just off screen.
    Then I lol’d hard.

  • Delivery quests >>>>>>>>>>> than gathering quests any day. Seriously, it takes 4 hrs just for 3 apples to drop, and it’s in the middle of bear country! @_@

  • @Ruka: Well at least your quest wasn’t in the middle of BAT country! @_@
And yes Mars, we wouldn’t want our shop keepers to just up and leave their shops now, completely unattended and unguarded. ;/

  • ROBOTS!

  • Well, there’s the line of nigh-pointless quests that net you several thousand (somewhere on the border of 10K and 15K) EXP.
But yeah, eventually you realize that hitting the dungeons is more interesting and more profitable than hitting the NPCs up for cash.
Speaking of which, why aren’t you ever on any hijacks, Kirby~ ._.

  • @Pyro: G1. Enough said

  • Darn it, Necrophia, *I* was going to post that! XD

  • meh, not as awefull as the lvl 1 creatures that respawn out of fking nowhere!

  • Silly NPCs.

Glad I grew out of those part-time jobs.
    (Minus holy water)

  • Best NPC I’ve run across (custom NWN chara-design map):

“Oh man, I got too much money. Hey, you want some money?”
    a) Ok, I’ll take 10k
    b) Sure, hit me with 100k
    c) I’ll take 1 mill for my poor grandma over the hill (obvious lie)

    “Thanks pal”
*receive money instantaneously with no quest*

    *talk to him again*
“Oh man, I got too much money. Hey, you want some money?”

  • Sigh, I miss the good ol days of ragnarok, where lousy sprite graphics equals quality, and when having 30 daggers on you meant you were crazy and awesome all at the same time. *Sigh.*

  • well , you wonder why NPC’s have so muhc money? It has something to do with this — http://www.walfas.org/?p=278#comments
Why are they busy? well they are obviously crfting hte items, but since oyu are there they must hide what they are making from you and any other player, that’s why they give out quests. so you have to leave them alone looking for the “Itenm they need” or delivering a “Special itme” while in fact they are doing that stuff. Ever wondered why Jim always wnats the same shield? Because Jim is part of the deal, so while youa re out there making the quests they are scheming how to extorsion youmin secret. That’s a reason why there is server maintence also, NPC’s need a chance to scheme mmore plans and for Jim to return all the fake “Custon-Made Shields”(Which in fact are made of toilet paper, sugar and powder milk) to the NPC. So as you can see, the npc lost 10k gold but he sells you a lot of expensive stuff. And that is my very short explanation why. (Btw i know npc in mmorpgs only sell lousy stuff but, it was quite fun writting this xD) (°¬°)v

  • I never will understand the robots. =/

Also… unnamed RPG player is cute with that… whatever that thing in their hair is. XD

  • this actually happened to me on animal crossing

only instead I got an apple tv

  • Reminds me of that rice sack quest in maple

  • ROBOT END

  • Well, lucky you you can do those simple and stupid quest in Mabinogi. We people in Europe can’t yet :(
