Hooray for awesomeness! Well it turns out that it took exactly 24 hours for the domain to go up (Exactly! Or around that, anyway), and they said it would take 24 to 48 hours. I expected it to take longer than 24 hours, since when companies say “24 to 48 hours”, they usually mean it’ll be closer to 48 than it is to to 24. But not this time!
This page can now be found at walfas.org, and I went through the mySQL database looking for all links to kirbymario.net and keepyalivey.net that are related to walfas, and I replaced them with the correct URLs, thanks to our trusty friend: notepad. Notepad is awesome, especially when it’s multiplayer.
If you see any broken links or images or stuff like that, post them somewhere on the site so I can fix them. Also, uhh, I sent
a tech support email to the people in charge of the domain before it was up, and if you’re from the company checking out what’s wrong, it’s fixed, so there’s nothing to worry about. For now, anyway.
Also, I added a java IRC thing.
