That’s the old Odenpa Baka Video, or whatever it was called. A classic vocal arrangement of Beloved Tomboyish Daughter. There’s a subbed version of the video floating around the internets, but I’m sure you can find that yourself.
That actually had me in hysterics, because it looked so much as if Cirno was just flying and bashing against the windscreen like a fly trying to get out. The window is the strongest.
