It was pretty expensive, like $200ish. I have no idea why my parents insist on buying expensive things, but I guess it’s because I never really buy anything anyway (and this is supposedly a Christmas present, even though it’s not even December yet). Apparently it’s for professionals, which makes me feel sorta bad (well, maybe not bad, but I can’t find a word) for owning one because I don’t know enough about tablets to really appreciate all the extra… uhh… whatever special things it has. It’s like giving a super high-speed internet connection to someone who only uses it to check email. Oh well, it’s pretty nice.
It took me awhile to get used to, and I basically just experimented with using it in Flash. I think the first thing I actually wrote with the tablet is what you see in the second frame, and that was before I realized I had to install something to make the tablet work properly. So anyway, this daily flash is basically me drawing and writing random things with the tablet. And it has 113 frames.
why are you complaining
give me the tablet if you don’t want it
that bumblebee does not have wings!
Those last few frames were rainbow colored awesome. Also, I don’t think your tablet drawings were too bad at all, myself.
“Intuos is marketed to professional graphic artists, and features the highest specifications of any Wacom device.”
Professional!
I am very happy with your ability to count in Japanese.
Nitori invented AWESOME!!
Man, those Kappa really know how to make everything, don’t they!

Do not be afraid
Oh and Meiling/Mailing was indeed clever
The quick Ran jumps over the lazy dog. xD Guess what? I didn’t see it coming.
Ohoho, clever… It never occured to me that Hong’s surname could actually just be her current status.
I think that if you adjust the sensitivity of your pen when using pressure-sensitivity, so that the lines don’t become so thick when you’re pressing hardest, you could make drawings in some even cooler styles.
(I presume at $200 it has an option to choose sensitivity… =P
since I have one which cost the equivalent of about 140 USD at the time I bought it (first-hand), and it’s 9×12″ with adjustable pressure sensitivity).
Also, on an only-related-to-one-frame note, needs moar Miku-Miku neginess.
Holy crap that was long o_o”
Wow… that was interesting. And strange. And– FLANDRE YAY
That’s quite a christmas present, I hope you use it well.
“Long haired character -> LHC Large Hadron Collider”

Awesome. :3
Nice long flash there. Nice tablet.
のヮの
Oh god it’s just beyond awesome.
random tsukasa yay
wacom is great for flash too because they got those shortcut key buttons on the side
CHEEEEEEEEEEEEEN
Also yay Nitori in a trenchcoat :3
Yeah…it takes a while to get used to. If you can get Paint Tool Sai, it makes using tablets REALLY REALLY nice. It’s a lot smoother than Photoshop.
It’s controlled awesome chaos. And Nitori did indeed invent awesome. :P
の
no.
I clicked forward…just incase there were more than 112 frames.
一二三四五六七八九十!
Tablets are cool.
*checks Google Translate*
Anonymous, that appears to say “12,345 ,678 Ninety!”
@MarisaMuffin: 1 to 10. ;P
<sensei>
When the “ten” Kanji is used as a digit in a number, it’s similar to a “zero” in our numbering system, e.g.
[six][ten] = 60.
More accurately, though, the “ten” Kanji is used after a digit to tell you that the previous digit is a multiple of ten, e.g.
[four][ten][six] = 46
With no previous digit it simply represents 10 by itself, e.g.
[ten][five] = 15.
<sensei/>
Lol, out of interest I just copied/pasted Anonymous’s text onto ATLAS and it translated it to “Hifumi 4,567,890”. xD
Hifumi hifumi hifumi hifumi hi hi fu!
Take it from someone who also wasted their money on one…..
TABLETS ARE CRAP. They suck. Tablet = worthless.
Never get one, unless someone likes tossing money into the garbage. I’m dead serious.
That’s probably why this update made me laugh… because I know how it feels. This really is the kind of thing that tablets produce. crap.
Nitori invented awesomness!
I wonder if I could draw with a tablet. I can’t draw with a mouse ;(
Marissa Stole The 1957 Buick
Tablets are not worthless its just you got to know how to use them right, it takes time getting used to it took me about half a year to get used to mine and there really useful when it comes to digital art.
Quit reminding me of how much I need a tablet!
nyoro~n
Hey Listen!
I love the “Mailing” part xDDDD
The “Nitori Invented” series needs to be its own flash, with color and stuff.
If the Tablet was $200, how much was Flash?
(I was asking for Photoshop for Christmas, until I learned it cost almost $600, So I’m thinking of Flash)
Also, you are truely AWESOME!!! I especially loved the Chen parts, and the ‘Dotted Laser’.
@Marissa Stole The 1957 Buick: No, this is what people who aren’t familiar with using tablets create.
You don’t just get a piano, discover that “the piano can’t play” a piece of music, and decide that the piano was a waste of money. The piano can play whatever you can make it play. Similarly, a graphics tablet can draw whatever you can draw.
However, a tablet has more accuracy and generally more features than a mouse and is designed specifically for drawing, so, once you’ve had the same amount of practise with both a mouse and a tablet, it’s easier to make good-looking things with a tablet than it is with a mouse. Of course, most people are used to using a mouse before they get a tablet.

I for one hope KirbyM invests a lot of patience and practice into learning the new tablet~
And as well new Touhou flashes. :3

Congratulations on getting a tablet (an actually good one at that), KirbyM!
Be sure to hug it, loving it will love you too! (Results may vary)
CHIGAUUUU DESHOOOOOU
Listen, listen, listen.
Man, I wish my dad went around going “oh hey do you want a laptop” or “oh hey do you want one of those computer drawing things”
…I can’t stand the idea of drawing with a mouse, and here you are with a pro tablet. I have the discontinued Graphire 3 model, and my pen’s half functioning, the grip is coming off, the pads under the tablet have all come off, etc.
You should get to like using the tablet for drawing a lot more, you can do a lot more with it (closer to actual drawing) than you are with being limited to a mouse. =)
Give it 2 weeks or a month you’ll prefer it eventually :)
@Pyro: Seconded. T.T

NITORI INVENTED AWESOME AND YOU KNOW IT
I ended up getting one of those Intuos3’s for my birthday too, but then I don’t really use it now because high school is taking up all my time for practicing drawing rofl
HOORAY!!
Oh yeah, I forgot to share a story that the guest speaker at one of those summer art classes told us. Basically, one time he had an art professor who loved to play the piano. And then the professor became interested in making stuff in flash, but he would always use a mouse, and eventually he developed carpal tunnel syndrome and couldn’t play the piano anymore. When teaching, he basically made everyone get a tablet so that they wouldn’t turn out like him. Yeah.
Did Nitori just sort of Rickroll me?
someone likes disgaea =D
@MasterBurner: Oh, whoops, sorry for not responding to your question before — I have a habit of reading comments at school and then not replying until I get home, and I sometimes forget. Anyway, I don’t know how much Flash costs, because I never bought it (but I didn’t obtain it through illegal downloading either!). I have a friend (Scip) who was supposed to learn Flash in school, so they gave him a CD-key for Macromedia Flash 8 Professional, but they never ended up teaching Flash, so he just gave me the CD-key. But I guess it isn’t too hard to check on Adobe’s website. I’m guessing it’s still pretty expensive, though.
@Kyon: “Nin nin nin!”
I also have an Intuos 3.
While it’s a little late for this, this is how I classify Wacom tablets:
-Bamboo: Casuals.
-Intuous: Active artists.
-Cintiq: Professionals. That monster costs $3000USD!
I am a bumblebee, see?
