Suwako finally waited for her HP to lower enough so that she can use Frog Squash!
A feat that only Frog can be impressed by. Or by anyone that bears witness to a giant frog being summoned out of nowhere. But that rarely happens in Gensokyo, does it?
Seems like it, yes, albeit, I think it’s just to show her clothes blowing around.
With the way they’re positioned, it kinda looks like Kanako is holding a bazooka instead of a onbashira and is about to blow Suwako up, who then decides to go super saiyan while Kanako freezes in surprise.
But that’s just me.
