Well I guess it’s actually more about having times/dates that have an interesting combination of numbers. Though most of the time I just notice when it’s consecutive, like 12:34, or when they’re all the same, like 11:11 or the upcoming 9/9/09 (Or to make it look nicer, 09/09/09). That also reminds me that date structures (or whatever they’re called) can get confusing sometimes, especially online, because it’s not always MM/DD/YY, which is what I’m used to. More confusing if the day and month (and also the year, if it’s two digits) are both below 12, and I don’t know which one is the month and which is the day. And yeah.
My math teacher before summer vacation always noticed stuff like that. I remember when it was “Multiple of 3” day. (3/6/09)
She said there’s a website made by a mathmatition that had that kind of stuff, I think.
Too bad pi day passed (3/1/04), but sure can’t wait for Ice Fairy Day! :D
Oh and I remember that there’s this quiz where you have to “Operate” in any way 3 same numbers (1-1-1, 2-2-2, etc) and get 6 out of it. It was really funny and I got points in logic for it.
Speaking of consecutive numbers, I just happened to flip by the Fox News Channel while I was watching TV yesterday. They happened to be talking about a “historic moment in time”, which happened to be– you guessed it– 12:34:56 pm on 07/08/09. Weird, huh?
I don’t get what’s so exciting about the fifty-sixth second of the thirty-fourth minute of the twelfth hour of the eighth day of the seventh month of the ninth year of the century.
12:34:56 07/08/09 isn’t that interesting anyw-…
ohhhhh…
well it happens twice during the day, doesn’t it? one time after midnight, one after noon? oh well?
Should always be yyyy/mm/dd. Largest to smallest, makes sorting much easier than any other method. mm/dd/yyyy is the worst, as it isn’t easily sortable, and is not in order from large to small or small to large.
@SomethingUnreal: NOO!!! But…but…Remi’s my favorite character…I don’t want to wait another 96 years, 10 months, 26 days, 4 hours, 26 minutes, and 40 seconds as of now! (Atlantic Time)
This is the main reason why I’m up at 1:00 AM
..or more specifically, 1:23 AM
You know, Haruhi created the world on 7/7/07 “
@MarisaMuffin
Then… Marisa Master Spark’d Gensokyo for 40 Days
@Pipokary
And then there were none…
Endless forward button at the End screen?
WHAT IS THIS?! I MUST KNOOOOOOOOOW
@Supakitsune: Whoops, forgot to remove one of the buttons on the last screen. It has been fixed.
If you do hours, minutes, AND seconds, you could’ve easily had 12:34:56 07/08/09.
But then it wouldn’t work unless they can hold a conversation in the span of one second.
09 th
Must be great living in year 1111 because they would probably celebrating 11:11:11 11/11/1111
It should be DD/MM/YY. From smallest to the largest, logic no ? :D
@eidrag that’s dangerous thinking there O:
Hah! Loved the zooming in and out effect.
Too..much…details…..
HELP ME,EIRIN!
I notice that a lot while riding with my brother in his car. It’s either his clock or the mileage.
0⑨/0⑨/0⑨ I CAN’T WAIT FOR THIS MOMENT!!! STRONGEST DAY + TIM BURTON’S 9 = F*CKING OVERDOSE OF EPIC WIN

I can’t wait for 09:09:09 on 09/09/09
@Lancer: my thought exactly. HOORAY for day of stupidit- i mean geniusness!
That’s still pretty awesome though. :P
Got a text about this sometime today. First thing I thought was… “wtf, this is dumb.”
I honestly can’t wait for Cirno Day, myself.
I just thought this, but it seems I usually see this kind of numbers each time I see the clock…
It’s not about the numbers you see, it’s what they mean. Example: 777 = Gambling, yayyy! 09/09/09 = Cirno’s day, More yayness, yayyyyyy XDDDD

sweet, 9/9/09 is coming :P
My grandma’s saying that I’ve born at 22:22 (10.22 PM, but here we usually use that way of time counting).
Of course my parents say otherwise.

⑨/⑨/0⑨
I blame stupid english dates for that.
Why not use DD/MM/YY?, it makes more logical sense that way!
Since D < M < Y, IYKWIM.
I remember Remilia’s day (6/6/6 at 6:06:06)
Now we see the Cirno one, that will be awesome
KIRBY STOP PLAYING WoW
WE MISS YOU ;~;
xD Hahah, the zero indeed messes up the consecutiveness.
Some lucky people finish their work/fanart and stamp in a consecutive or same numbered time&date xD. They don’t even notice it early.
@Pipokary: Oh no! I was oblivious to Touhou back then and I’ve only just realised my punishment for that. >< WAAAAAOJOUSA-*knifed*
@ME!: English dates are in the form of day/month/year…

meh, instead of watching for 4:56 7/8/9, we looked out for 7/8/9 10:11:12
