Added a revised version of Eirin to create.swf. Also added a virtual reality helm (the one from the 8th scene of the documentary) as a hat, and two daytime versions of the backgrounds added last week (though they’re not very good). And I think that’s it.
I love how every time you revise something, it looks more crisp and better~ xD

I can’t really think of anything else to say except that the thinner lines make the new designs look cooler and sleeker and ready to replace the old ones.

Just a note, I’ve noticed since I’ve been using create.swf for awhile now, it seems that characters have their scale borked whenever they’re created by the clone capsule via DNA. This can be fixed by manually resetting the scale value in the “edit” menu thingy, but it’d be nice if I didn’t have to do that every time.
Wow, now that’s a great improvement to Eirin. Kudos to the weekly(ish) updates!
It’s distinctly interesting to see exactly where and how you are now capable of including more delicate detail on each character’s design. Plus Kaguya with a mic headset and soft serve cone amuses me. Probably the facial expression combined with the props.

I thought the shifted scale for the cloner was on purpose, at least for Suika. It doesn’t happen with Meiling, for instance. And even with Suika, the effect appears to be different depending on whether you use “Activate” or “Tinker”.
Hmm…interesting. I just called up the .swf file for the heck of it, and for the first time, there were visible (R)otate and (S)cale tags, plus a box indicating where the “center” of the character was for dragging purposes. However, after double-checking the way the clone chamber worked and ejecting the character, the visible tags and box weren’t there. Now they show up every other time I exit and return to that browser tab.
@Draykon: Yeah, I’ve noticed that too, but due to the fact that I don’t know anything about actionscript, I can’t really fix it (and I doubt it’ll get fixed anytime soon since Thefre, the person who did the actionscript, disappeared to parts unknown).
@SonicHog91: There’s no “ish” involved! It’s been updated every week since… well, I don’t remember the last time I didn’t update create.swf within a week, but it must have been a really really long time ago. Or possibly never.
@Sprocket: That’s the manipulator tool, toggled with the M key. If you drag the circles, you can rotate or resize it. Actually I just realized that if you generate a character with a DNA code, you can resize it perfectly fine if you use the manipulator tool rather than using shift.

I’ve noticed in a lot of her fanart that the eight trigrams are on the bottom of her dress. (like in this image.)
Eirin lacks them here.
But I’m not sure if the trigrams at the bottom of her dress are in her official portrait or not. They could be added to her dress.
