Bonus lessons for the day:
Shika (鹿) = deer
Kakukaku shikajika = etc., etc./and so on and so on/yadda yadda and similar
Shikakui (四角い) = square/rectangular
There’s also a 4-panel gag in which someone gives Cirno a ponytail hairdo, so Reimu gives her a set of deer horns to wear to perfect the look. Horns of a deer (鹿) + tail of a horse (馬) => baka (馬鹿).

Since she’s wearing black, and her eyes are yellow. It makes me wonder actually, it might not even be Reimu OR Meimu. It could just be a part of Yukari, or something.
The song IS about ‘borders’ and drawing the line and stuff.
