I think (and, keep in mind, I can’t speak or understand Japanese) that she’s jealous of the characters themselves.
Notice that China appeared for China, and a 9 for Cirno.
Sakuya outfit is apparently complete with free padding.
Yeah, she basically goes on about some aspect or another of each character that makes her jealous:
Reimu (“Red-White”)’s top rank in popularity,
Yukari(n)’s position as an important character,
Suika (“Loli-oni”) being in charge of fighting games,
Aya’s being pasted in as the lead by some people,
Marisa being a black-white with deep-seated popularity, Patchouli (“Library”) getting so much face time in manga,
Alice (“Ali-Ali”?) being…uh, I can’t make it out.
Anyway, the song’s called “Mizuhashi Jealoussic Park” for a reason…
