Added a revised version of
Medicine to create.swf! Well, at least the large doll. Didn’t revise the accessory ’cause I thought it was good enough. Actually, I guess the original Medicine was pretty decent anyway. Also added a few backgrounds, a game console+controller and an open book as objects. I tried to make the pentagram colorable, but for some reason it didn’t work; I guess it’s because the color-glowing is its own effect or something, I dunno
(only black is available now, ’cause I removed the others from the menu thinking colorization would work, but I’ll re-add them later). I don’t think I added anything else, so yeah, that’s all for now!

-Have you ever thought about reorganizing all of Create.swf? I’m not sure how you and Thefre work together but Create.swf is starting to get cluttered especially regarding character features. For example, it takes around a year or two just to find the eyes or mouth or accessory I might be looking for.
-I don’t know how many others have this difficulty. It’s just that it might be time for a revamping to get ready for a semi-final version.

I Agree. On the Preset character menu, It’d be nice if the revised people were on top and the non-revised people are towards the bottom of the menu.
I’d love to see another flash game.

Disagree. I prefer having the Preset characters strictly alphabetized. It’s easy to tell who’s revised and who isn’t, since the new versions are appropriately named. Now, if all you want to use is new versions, then your suggested arrangement would certainly work better, but it might prove confusing for newer users.
Now, the Accessory and Items menus could stand some rearranging, perhaps. (And I’m still not sure what qualifies some things as “items” vs. “accessories” vs. “objects”…)
@Xalrun: I guess, but the good ones are usually just traces of the actual in-game background, with some color taken from certain parts.
@Old Warudo: Ehh, it’d probably take a looooooot of work, and I think Thefre’s pretty busy with other things.
@Sprocket: Well, initially, classification of items and accessories were based on the position of the thing in reference to layers and stuff. Accessories are on the top layer of a character, while items are in a layer between the “arms” layer and the “body” layer. Though yeah, some of them are a bit random, and it probably gets a bit confusing…
Hmm, maybe the outside of Marisa’s house for a background. Her house is quite different from Alice’s, after all.
