Create.swf – Reimu (Revised)

Added a revised version of Reimu to create.swf. There are also some new objects, and a motorcycle helmet as a hat. There’s no real plot going on in the image previews as of now, so I guess it’s just random things happening. Anyway, speaking of Reimu, I have no idea where I got the dark blue hair from (for the original create.swf Reimu, as well as… almost every other time I have drawn Windows Reimu) when it’s very clearly brown or black in the official images. I guess when I first started, I must have seen some fanart or something where her hair was tinted blue and went from there.

Create.swf – Meiling (Revised)

Added a revised version of Meiling to create.swf (the older version is still there)! I kinda like the older hair style better, although that may just be because I’m so used to seeing it. And since it was easy to do, I also added Lie Meiling (basically just a Meiling recolor). Also added the other things you see in the background, and a green ZUN beret… hat… thing. The one with the flower design on it.

I’m going to title these blog posts with “Create.swf -” in the front of them now, because it makes more sense than to just have the character’s name without any context. Anyway, I guess the updates after this one will probably be more detailed versions of older create.swf characters, since they really do need to be revised.

Meimu

And now we are entering deeper into the realm of obscure characters, with the addition of Meimu! Meimu isn’t an official character, and that is all I really know about her. Also added Advent Cirno’s clothes (the parts that aren’t part of Cirno’s regular clothes), as an accessory. I would’ve added some more stuff, but I started updating it a bit later than usual today, so I didn’t have the time. And that is all.

Create.swf File Folders

And it’s almost time for yet another Touhou-related event! This time Talka will be at Akatsuki no Utage (translated to “Scarlet Moon Ball”), selling these create.swf file folders! Same type as last time, just with a different design. The front has Windows characters (not including characters from the UFO demo), and the back has some PC-98/Other characters. Of course, there’ll be stuff from previous events as well. The event is on May 6th (?????????) and the booth location is at ?11. There, I bolded the important parts so that non-English speakers can easily find what they need to know!

Anyway, more information can be found on ddiction. Actually, I guess there’s less information on there than there is on here, but that’s okay.

Added Layla Prismriver to create.swf. Well, since there isn’t really any official artwork, this is mostly just based on fan art, but yeah. So anyway, now I don’t know who else to add until TH12 is out. I don’t particularly want to add ZUN as a create.swf character since he’s a real person (as far as I know) and that’d be weird, so maybe I’ll just make a bunch of backgrounds and items/objects. And maybe some hats in the empty slots for characters who don’t have hats (maybe a ZUN hat). Any suggestions?
