  • Awesome artists make Touhou look awesome with these PVs.

  • Woah, is Marisa’s broom a guitar…?!

  • There’s also some Code Geass references in there, if I’m correct…

  • Super Dimensional Mansion?

  • nice. you added it ^_^

    i really like this vid. i watch it every time i see it in my favorites.

  • Cool video. I love cool video. This video is cool andIi love it.

    I wonder what’s up with that Touhou Kinema Kan thing. It came out, right? Does that mean we can watch it with subtitles soon? :D

  • @Squidgy: I think there’s no much need for subtitles, and that you can already watch it via Youtube. But yeah, I’m waiting for a full release too =)

    Also Touhou characters with guitar is my fetish. Loved the part where Marisa’s glasses fell off. And yay for Mystia @ end!

  • @Brizzle: Totally

  • YUKARI YO!
    YUYOKO YO!
    ORE NO UTA WO KIKE !

    Best Macross ever.

  • I think Marisa look Ugly with glasses.She looks like she’s from the 70s.

  • Why fire just one homing amulet when you can fire an ENTIRE CIRCUS?

  • In case you didn’t get the end, I’m pretty sure this is it:

    Mystia = Ranka
    Keine = Sheryl
    Mokou = Alto(?)

  • oh wow, marisa sounds like a man….

  • Am I the only one who thought that was extremely weird?!

  • SDM-Macross is surprisingly awesome.

  • Actually, as the title says in Hiragana, this is from Macross 7… Macross 7 was not nearly as popular as its other incarnations and its obvious that several of the people leaving comments here have never seen that particular series. So several points here… Yes Marisa sounds like a guy. Yes her broom is intended to look like a guitar here. Unlike other series, the singing lead for Macross 7 was a guy rock singer who had his Valkyrie modified to be oufitted with speaker pods and had the standard piloting controls changed to resemble the neck of his electric guitar. Several of the scenes here (i.e. the Riverprism sisters) were a direct parody of the Macross 7 OP. The scene toward the end with Yukari was a parody of one of the biological weapons that they faced in the last few episodes of the series.

    Over all I thought this video was extremely cool, partly because of how very well done it was animated and partly because Macross 7 was one of the earlier anime I watched due to my sister being a big fan. I may not have cared for the series all the much, but it’s been long enough ago that it brings back soome memories.

  • …and i just finished watching Macross 7 just a few days ago. What are the odds?

    and it’s AWESOME.
