cool. couple of quick requests for the next update:
1) think you could come up with a way to colorize hats ourselves? the cabbie hat is really useful for a character i was able to make, but it’s the wrong color if i want character accuracy.
2) could you make gun an item for characters?
3)could you make a background of eientei from outside?
4) could you possibly make a tv object where it’s a set viewed from behind?
5) while it doesn’t have to be in the next update, since it would cover several characters, i would like to once again raise the suggestion for the “advent cirno” versions of any characters that have different costumes there, like reisen, meiling, mystia, marisa, and anyone else that would qualify.

Oh yeah! A couple of things for Thefre …
1. make it so that you can choose where the center-of-rotation is for snapshots; I’ve got a bunch of images which I use for custom backgrounds, and they’re not always the same size, and it’d be a lot easier to position them if I just had to specify their position based on the upper-left corner, whereas center=center is fine for e.g. Apertures; and
2. Similar to my “import the same image again” idea for imported images, I thought of a similar stopgap for regular snapshots: saving the whole scene (as well as the snapshot’s size) inside the snapshot-object. This would probably get huge really fast, but probably not as huge as “saving the color and transparency of each individual pixel” …
And my real request for KirbyM is more winter and autumn scenes (forests, etc), Chen-ears without the hat, and more variety for scarf-colors!

And for MarisaMuffin, number 1, I’ll see what I can do. Number 2: I’d like to do some other things with snapshots before this happens so probably will be a a while before this is implemented.

one more request:
1) could you fix the hats some? at least a few of them go so low that they mess with whether or not eyebrows can be seen, like the new cabbie hat. also, a few hats, including the cabbie i just mentioned, and the trilby hats, also seem to have problems with certain hairs. like the hair for rinousuke 2. the hair sticking up on top pokes up above the hats that have this problem. and it’s not all hats, cause the china hat 2 works fine, as do several others.
— aha, yeah, snapshots aren’t automatically pinned when loading a scene!
Snapshots not loading pinned should have been fixed and online since my prior post. If you are still having this problem then you’re probably using a version you downloaded prior to the fix. Should you have done so and are still experiencing problems then contact me again.

Btw, I think it would be nice to be able to select the colors of the computer grid background (such as defining if the grid is green or red, or if the background is black or yellow, for example).
While I normally make something with the create.swf to showcase it’s latest features, I decided to do something totally different this time.
Also, perhaps it’s time to add another interactive background. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Yeaaah, no more requests, I’ll give you time to work on my huge list of previous requests.
Also, I started making comic tutorials for how to use create.swf, how to make comics/videos in it, and other things. Right now there’s only one, but I’m making lots more in the future.
@Doomsday: There’s an even simpler way to resize the bubbles without changing the text… simply hold Shift and Ctrl and drag the bubble.

@Mariku: It has been fixed! And a new feature added as well!
Now you can choose a custom saved character to be your default character. If you have multiple saved chars with the same name, it just picks the newest one of that name(I think). Also, this one isn’t case sensitive, so it doesn’t matter if you forget which letters in the name are capital.
Let me know if there are still any problems.

Oh yeah! Have the “paintbrush” item as a spawnable object, and a spring/summer/not-autumn version of that top-of-waterfall background. (I mean, I’m able to handle the latter in photoshop by selecting all the green and shifting the Hue up by 100, but …)
