Basically, Momiji keeps getting irritated with you, the viewer, for stopping the video, griping at you to push the Play button again and let her get on with cheering up Aya. At one point, she vows to get back at you by just repeating her lines without stopping until you get sick of it. The video then goes into an infinite loop when you start it again. (Of course, it ultimately does this whether you pause it or not.)
I’m suspect Zaprogy is a native speaker of English living in Japan, but one never knows.
