The same reason Kaguya has headphones: Yuka doesn’t wear a hat in PoFV, and it’d be weird to add another blank hat frame, so I added a top hat!
Okay, mechanics-wise that makes sense, but at least headphones fit Kaguya’s NEET reputation. Yuka with a top hat is just so… random.
