In other news, I think I’ll be adding ads (ohoho) to the site. It’ll be at the bottom of the right sidebar, so hopefully it won’t be too distracting. I guess if it doesn’t work well or if I make no money from it, I can remove it later. I just wanted to try this, since I’m curious as to how much money I can actually make from ProjectWonderful ads. I’ve tried Google adsense in the past, but I’ve made like $10 in about a year, so it’s not really that great (especially since you need $100 before you can collect any money). I guess the money would be used to pay for the site. Not that I’m in any sort of financial debt or anything, it’s just that my parents have been paying for my various websites for years now, and I might as well get some money to pay them back for it.

OMG I LOVE THAT EXPERIMENT. I flipped when i learned we where doing it. That is the best experiment ever.I braged to people that i got to do this. I actually first heard about it in the elegant universe.
I always thought Master Spark was already diffracted.

Diffraction, lol, fun!
@Roll: Well actually, I don’t get money from ad clicks, so it doesn’t actually matter if you click them or not. Only click if you’re actually interested in whatever is being advertised (well, once people actually start to advertise).
I had barely any clicks when I used Google Adsense, which is why I decided to give ProjectWonderful a try, since it uses a different system. It’s like some sort of auction thingy, which seems like a better idea to me. Well, once I get some actual ads, I mean.

@U.N. Owen: The random watermelon isn’t a representation of Suika in this case; I just happened to receive a suggestion to put a watermelon in the flash, and since I was already done making the flash when it was asked, I just stuck it in a random frame.

Adverts? In my Walfas? I wont find out if its any more likely than I think… since I use AdBlocker Plus.. and unfortunately ProjectWonderful is one of the ads filtered out :/
Although I am kind of curious what kind of ads Walfas would get… I remeber the ones that places like Danbooru and such would get before I installed it… adverts for things like some furry website and other porn crap… websites I would never visit…
I would imagine a banner advert would require not much effort, but KirbyM have you ever considered any thing like teeshirts or stuff? Stuff like Cafepress? Walfas bloggy characters like nameless character on shirts? Putting Touhou stuff on the shirts? I might actually buy that kind of stuff…

And if split too much, it would end up taking a whole several seconds to cook random items, rather than several nanoseconds.

@JUM: Non-Directional Laser is avoidable. Therefore a diffracted Master Spark wouldn’t necessarily be unavoidable. You’d just need to keep your wits about you more.

You could always put Google ads on and just simply ask people to click on it once a day. I mean, you do get a good amount coming here daily.

Double spark = 2 light rays coming from a point whose distance from the lens is shorter than the focal length, resulting in an image double the size of the-WAIT. if it was like this, then wouldn’t the resulting image be on the same side as the incident ray?

Most doujins show Master Spark as one-handed so I always thought of Double Spark being shot with both hand separately. Final Spark would be both hands together

‘Secret’: there are 2 kinds of Diffraction. Everyone knows of Frauenhoffer Diffraction, which is the whole ‘tiny slits at a long distance’ thing. Then there is Fresnel Diffraction, where you don’t even need slits~
