Here’s a Touhou animation titled “(MAD) [??] ????Flower of Japan”. Well, it’s not really an animation since it’s mostly just still images… anyway, the music’s nice, I guess.
I guess I’ll just post another still-image animation too. This one is “???×???????????????/???????ver?”, which I guess is a parody of an anime called Kurau. Yeah.
I’ve seen a couple episodes of Kurau. Interesting concept, if nothing else.

Oh, phew, at first I thought it was “soft and relaxed” remix of History of the Moon, the best final-boss-theme until Mountain of Faith, and — Ooh, Alice! *glomp*

On the second video, I did not realize “Linuks” by DJ Sharpnel sampled from the Kurau OP. Awesome.

MarisaMuffin: If I remember correctly, it starts off with a little girl that makes her way to her dad’s lab, and via some weirdo accident, gets an alien personality shoved inside her. I don’t remember if the personality took over the body entirely or if they switch back and forth, but I’m sure it’s explained somewhere. The dad eventually comes to grips with his “new” daughter, and twenty-odd years later, we learn that she has become some mega-kickass detective with superhuman powers. Not sure who’s in control at this point, since I never saw Episode 2, but it looked like it had potential, if nothing else, and the one fight scene (which was her vs. criminal dude armed with large robot) was pretty good.

The artstyle looks like something that escaped from a 12-year old Dan Kim. Or like, his hypothetical little sister.
Oh wow. This song…I might watch Kurau just for this song.
