Note that IOSYS songname is “gyouretsu no dekiru EIRIN shinryoujo”.
This hints that its somewhat related to something called “Tegaki Haruka”, and some character name is “Benke”.

after a church visit,me and my mom saw alemonade stand run by 2 little boys.one was holding a sign that said’lemonade 25 cents’i bought 2.

According to what the person put under tags, it’s from Harukanaru toki-something or other. It’s a neoromance game for girls that was made in to an anime and such. Not very relevant to Touhou fans.
Oh, I forgot to mention that this is from the third installment of the game (in case it’s not obvious), so it’s not an anime, and was probably made for big fans of the game, by big fans of the game.
