(Reitaisai / ddiction)
Here are some pictures of the Yuyuko keychains (announced in this post) that Talka took after the box arrived! Reitaisai is tomorrow (since it’s already the 7th in Japan, and it takes place on the 8th), so if anyone’s going, make sure to visit booth ?47b to get a Yuyuko keychain and perhaps even some ?-crew file folders and some other things from the western Touhou community (like a physical copy of Another Dream)! Again, that’s ?47b as in Ku-47b! Also, apparently there’s also going to be a sketchbook where people can draw and leave messages for me to read after the event, so be sure to write and/or draw something too! Let’s hope it goes well. Am I forgetting anything? Anyway, for more information, you can go to Talka’s site at ddiction.org. And again, the booth can be found at ?47b!
And in other news, looks like someone made a ROM hack of the game BurgerTime and changed the sprites to Reimu-Burger-related things. I’ve never played the original game nor the ROM hack, but the fact that someone made one is quite awesome. Here’s the site.
FIRST
And now that I seized the first post XD… well, I can´t go to Reitasai no matter how badly I want… so, let’s say it here: AWESOME KIRBYM IS AWESOME!
Awesome!!!Now all left is to build a raft..
That’s not fair! First AND second?
Well i’m calling third. I really wish I could go and pickup a physical copy of the TH12 demo. :O
WHAT. EVEN THIRD = STOLEN? :(
I’ll help you with the raft then. Nuclear energy to power the engine I’m assuming? :D
Yes! We will get there if its the last thing we do!! Wait….what?
Hooray key chains!!
I don’t know. Pack your stuff, we’re going to Japan. :D
Weeeee!!!!!!!*packs food and spins like Hina*
I’m going to Japan next month… but I’ll be situated far from these festival whodunnit. meh, but still got to order these things anyway.
yay Yuyuko`s keychain :D
Yeah, awesome! Yuyuko looks a bit too dark, but that’s probably just the camera or something, maybe.
Those coins in the screenshot should have totally be Kikuri coins, lol.
BURGER PARTY
Oh wow Burger Time I remember that game.
It must be a pretty awesome feeling to see your own character design and blog name embossed on metal.
@Akiraita: The 4th photo in the row of photos shows her in better colours. ;)
!!
Do Want!
@KirbyM: Mmh… well, I can’t draw in the sketchbook at Reitasai, but here, a create.swf fan art by me XD, hope you like it:

D: Yuyuko Keychain want.
I wish I could go so my Nagato Keychain doesn’t become too lonely.
The YuyuKeychains are really cute. Sadly, I’m as unlikely to attend Reitaisai as just about anyone else posting here.
The Burger Reimu game is amusing, but I’m more tickled at the Niconicopedia entry for ReimuBurger linked from the game’s web site:
ReimuBurger is a hamburger shop managed by Reimu Hakurei.
SUMMARY
Troubled by a lack of donations, Reimu sets up the hamburger shop ReimuBurger (as Plan B) to earn money. The hamburger shop is noted for the following:
* Kids’ meals come with a free toy
* The burger patties are made with 5% real meat -> later improved to 2% [Yes, it says “improved”.]
* Obey Reimu
* Employees work for free
* No flashbacks allowed
* No Cirnos allowed
At first glance, it seems to be an excellent hamburger shop, where she strives to improve the atmosphere by working industriously and providing vigorous service, but all the customers are nothing but trouble, and there are problems with the employees too, so she apparently shows no mercy to anyone.
Actually, if anything, the real problem is Rei–*
Incidentally, the Hakurei Shrine’s offertory box can now check the amount of donations in real time via computer control. Doubts still remain over the source of the installation costs and utility costs for this.
The origin of the seed capital for opening ReimuBurger is also a mystery.
Whoops–darned HTML syntax. The real problem line should read:
Actually, if anything, the real problem is Rei–* (BURNED)
I just made the mistake of using the less than/greater than symbols instead of parentheses…
I hate people who make post just to say “FIRST”.
I’m off for Tokyo! Reitaisai Here I come!
I’d go there every year if it wasn’t for the crowd and it taking several hours to just get in…*sigh*
Death by Keychain!
Woo yeah.
I want one! *sob* and lol at burger reimu
A box full of Yuyukos is actually rather intimidating, even if they are just keychains…
Yay! Yuyuko keychains!
*Faint*
I don’t mind not not being able to visit Reitaisai at all
Now if you would excuse me, Parsee and I were in the middle of an afternoon tea party..
@Sprocket: I love it.
Cool! Yuyuchains!
i want one ó_ò
@SinBag: You know, some people unable to travel to Japan/Reitaisai/Comiket would gladly sacrifice several hours (days, etc) of their life to be able to go there. Time’s not a problem for me – my problem’s more the money. =/
@SomethingUnreal: It’s not a sacrifice, all of us will gladly spend the time to reach Japan/Reitasai/Comiket… the real problem, as you say, it’s money u_u

We’ve already got this, an anime release and the UFO demo on the 8th, but I just found something else entirely… looks like another one of those road show things, you know, where they had this demo which included a few short demo flashes (including Optical Cellophane) and a Touhou Tennis game, I dunno, but I DO know that I’ve got quite a bit to look forward to this Sunday.
Yay, KirbyM is still awesome @.@
Hey, I remember that game, and that makes me remember the topic about that almost every game I played was borrowed from a cousin or the cousin of a friend, and I think “Why only cousins have games?”
It was a funny thing back in that days to talk about. I don’t know if that actually happens to people out of my town…
I really wonder it (U_Ú )ººº
I would like to go Japan and get some of that stuff. That keychains looks AWESOME!
@TyrannoRexaur: Yes, you’re right! Do you ever player River City Ransom? A Beat’em Up filled with chibi thugs, it was so funny and hilarious, and the person who borrowed it to me… is my cousin! Not only makes you think “why only cousins have games?”, but to think “why only cousins have GREAT games?”
So, what’s the coin mean? Is it related to the create.swf landmark?
And, in other news… I looked at the unwritten scenario of Reimu in UFO and I read something about the Stage 1 boss being a Batloli Character!
@Mariku: The coins are there for size comparison purposes. There are two types of coins because not every Japanese person has seen a US nickel, and not every American has seen a 100-yen coin. And for people who haven’t seen either, you can use your imaginations!
To all people in Japan: PARSEE PARSEE PARSEE PARSEE PARSEE PARSEE PARSEE.
Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to play Sanae Invaders.
@SomethingUnreal
Guts and patience also helpfil too if you ask me.
Man, what a day
