Nitori’s been genetically modifying food at all-you-can-eat buffets so that they’re more filling and you don’t eat as much. That is the only logical explanation.

I usually go through about two plates then I’m done at those buffet places. I normally a pretty big eater too.
@jpp8: Coincidentally, today I was only able to eat two plates at a buffet! Same for a lot of other people who were also there. But then I got some ice cream too, so I guess it would be two plates and dessert. But the ice cream wasn’t on a plate, so it would still be two plates.
Dessert usually tempts me to finish my food quickly, and get myself full quickly some I can reach for dessert right away.
……but I’m a slow eater so the plan backfires, and I end up being full and don’t wanna get up to get dessert.

@jpp8 Funny, I was playing RD earlier. Ilyana capped 5 stats and was one point short on HP and resistance. Guess she’s been eating well. :)

I usually pace myself and I can eat a ton. I always aim to enjoy what I eat though.
But sometimes, I can see people with just an entire tower of crab legs in front of them. Hurk.
The lack of death sentence in this daily flash is troublesome.
Also I love buffets. I’m never actually full at the end, but I guess it’s because I actually don’t eat as much as everyone else. I really need to stop being such a picky eater.

Wish I can go back to the Chinese buffet in North Miami. Tons of options and sushi that cannot be beat for a buffet. At least the Chinese buffet where I live near to has koi carp at the front I always love to watch. As a rule for me, I am not done until the pot of tea is finished and when it is done, I am sitting around four to five plates with the ice cream. The tea seems to go with buffets really well.
I would love to see a eating endurance match between Yuyuko and Sinistar.

I’ve never been in one of them so I can give my opinion XD
Now, seriously, thinking about this, I should stop my “all I can eat from our stands in the baker” routine. Since I’m in vacations, I’m not doing much of an excercise and I think I gained a “little” weight more -.-“
I have never been in one either but if I were in one I would just bang my head in a plate, start eating, feign death and not pay for the whole thing ( ﾟ∀ﾟ)ｂ
And that idea was pretty spontaneous actually.
And doubt it would actually work.Actually, most buffets I go to are only $2-3 more expensive than I pay at most other places, at least for lunchtime prices (unless we’re talking dollar-menu stuff), so even if I only eat a couple of plates’ worth of food (plus dessert), that’s still more than I’d get for my money almost anywhere else. And there’s the bonus of getting plenty of hot vegetables, which fast food generally lacks.
As for Yuyuko, first burger or not, she’s full, so she should be happy! Well, unless she paid full buffet price for it. (Reimu will claim it’s compensation for not paying at all the last time.)

nonono… you people have it all wrong.. a buffet is good because you don’t Have to eat a lot. In a buffet ..you can get a comfortable amount of food but if you get a big plate in a normal restaurant, you’d feel guilty about leaving leftovers.
I’m kind of with this “make food more filling” so I won’t eat as much and get fatter.
I usually eat 3 plates of food, 1-2 plates of dessert, and 1-2 bowls of ice cream
I… don’t know if there are all-you-can-eat buffets here. I think, it’s just not worth it. And I prefer eating food that I made, because at least I know what’s in it.

At a pizza joint near my uni, I’m banned from their all-you-can-eat wednesday nights…Last time I went, I ate 15 medium pizzas by myself. They weren’t happy about that…

Wow. I only just saw this post now (having not visited Walfas for 2 days), and the same thing just happened to me this evening.
Actually, Yuyuko ate the burger AND FRIES AND A DRINK, not just a burger.
