It's about stuff.
i loved their faces at the end.
I never had any college professors who were quite like that …
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention on Sunday that I made a new Scarlet Weather Archive … and I also just today updated an old one.
I remember having “Bill Cosby”(no not the real thing) as a college professor. I’ve never seen anyone so excited to teach math. Probably the only professor i really liked. Not that i hated my other teachers, they just didnt leave an impression.
nuu studying D:
oh yeah that reminds me about today, we had a test today, and it turns out it was from the wrong chapter T_T”” dam teacher D8 *shakes fist* but hes cool :O
I had a prof once that added Google ads to our course website for a week on a drunken dare.
He was pretty awesome.
I lol’d.
That is all~
lmao
My college professors were at least fair in how they handled the classes. Whether or not some of the tested was reasonable is another story…
Mine where fairly normal…
I do have a friend though that one day his professor instead of teaching the class spent the whole two hours ranting about redundant language, sort of like “free gift”.
Yeah…
LOL @ the last few panels.
I kinda wish I had a professor like that, too.
If a professor has tenure…yeah. They can do just about anything they feel like.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tenure
Essentially, it’s near absolute job security for the very top professors at a university. They could leave…but then they’d lose tenure. Which, as said above, is near absolute job security.
Only way to lose it is to do something criminal or to be purely incompetent. And incompetent professors rarely get tenure in the first place.
But yeah anyhow, if your professor gives a syllabus with a rough outline of class progression, they should usually stick by it discounting outstanding situation.
In case you didn’t know, it’s fairly common for college/university exams to be worth extremely large amounts of the grade. Luckily for me, engineering courses have projects and labs, which usually make the finals worth only fifty percent or so. There are courses, though, which have a hundred percent weighted only to the final exam, so you can imagine that you have to get your time management in order before then.
What, is this a story based on real happenings?
Yes, college professors are a breath of fresh air in this regard, in my humble opinion.
I did have a strange incident occur involving one such European history professor, where he arrived late for the distribution of the final exam(!) having lost track of the time getting into a kilt. Lord of the flies in the classroom; amusing in one respect, but anxiety ridden all the same.
They *can* do pretty much whatever the hell they want, just that they’d usually avoid abusing that stuff
Nobody noticed Cirno studying? CIRNO? STUDYING?
thats not cirno Ben, its unnamed character
:<
Yeah, my professor was very free like that. He’d tell us he was bored and he was going home and ended the class, or he’d pull pranks. He was a fun guy. I* still remember when I finished my course I managed to get my 2 months work placement as a network admin at the college and him and I had fun messing with the school server and such. Good times.
Poor Unnamed Character and Long-Haired Character.
My sister’s collage teacher didn’t show up for a month, but still gave them tests! Oh noes!
poor unnamed characters. had to study for the test lulz
My algebra teacher is just like that, but she’s not a college professor…Is that bad?
Even if college professors can do more, on the flip side the college student can do more as well. Like for instance making a professor’s office hours really awkward.
So much truth in this.

Teachers that do whatever they want are scary.
God, this one made me rofl. Thank you kirby, I got tea out the nose. *smirk*
didn’t know that really-Cirno-looking unnamed character with a necktie wasn’t Cirno rofl
Don’t worry Ben, the similarities of the two have also been part of some jokes, like one recently for Photo IDs (September 1, 2009).
