Magnitude

I think you can use your own judgment when it comes to deciding which things did not actually happen. And yes, the last two flashes (this one included) are names of pokemon attacks! Today, we actually had our fourth fire drill so far, and I noticed that all of them took place during third-period Pre-Calc at around 10am. Coincidence? I think not! During art, we used ink and drew shadows of cups (with lighting) and then the shadows of two people who sat in the same position for about 45 minutes (also with lighting). Yeah.

  • Pokemon was awesome and it still is.

  • Maybe you should teach Dugtrio dig so you can get out of school easier =P

  • someone in my physics class came in wearing ash ketchum’s hat.

    it was cool

  • It has rocks and stuff.

  • LOL, teacher fainted.

  • Another fire drill? Wow, I never even had a single one in my entire life. I guess they just don’t do that stuff over where I live.

  • @Tesmy: I’m serious. I’m 28 and I never experienced a fire drill, or know of anyone who has where I live. I only know about them from seeing it in TV shows or reading about it on the Internet.

  • Oh, I’ve been meaning to say this for awhile, but magnitude isn’t “basically just powers of ten” as it says in the flash. I probably heard it incorrectly or in the wrong context when learning it the first time. I guess we were doing estimations of magnitude or something. Just wanted to self-correct (after almost two years, minus a few months).

Edit: Oh hmm, I didn’t notice that I already had a “the information in this flash is not accurate” tag on this blog post before making this comment.
