It’s another smooooch thing with Chen, Yukari, and Ran! Ran’s eyes look sorta… weird. Probably just because they’re yellow. I also find it interesting how a lot of the time, characters’ eye colors are the same as their hair color or the color of their clothes (I can’t really think of any specific examples but I remember seeing this a lot). Does it work like that in real life? Of course, I mean the hair thing, not the clothing.
Homework took much longer than expected, even though I started doing it early today, and didn’t take a nap. Gosh darned revolving-enclosed-shapes-on-the-coordinate-plane-around-a-line-outside-of-the-shape-itself and kinetic-energy-and-its-relation-to-the-velocity-of-molecules-and-thermodynamics and writing-the-first-draft-of-an-essay-actually-that-wasn’t-so-bad-but-it-took-awhile! At least tomorrow’s Friday.
Update (Jan 9, 2009): Urushi seems to have updated his previous smoooochireiden video recently. Here’s the new version:

The combination of two awesome things: Hidamari Sketch and Touhou! This is a parody of Hidamari Sketch’s Season 1 OP, “Sketch Switch,” but of course, with Touhou characters. Here’s the artist’s pixiv page if anyone’s interested (just because it’s linked to in the video description on nicovid). If you’re looking for more videos to watch, don’t forget yesterday’s other post! And now, the rest of this post will be about how awesome Hidamari Sketch is (and some other things).

Well, as expected, today’s post is about Winn‘s latest EWI video starring Parsee. Excellent stuff yet again!
In other news, today was sports day (This sports day, not that other sports day where we go to Central Park). Our theme was supposed to be ninjas, but most of us just wore our black senior t-shirts (With a blue ’09 on the back! Hooray!). Our grade won (by a huge margin) the first two events: volleyball and boys basketball, and basically lost everything else. In the end, it was a three-way tie between every grade except the freshmen, who won absolutely nothing. Anyway, there weren’t too many year-chants (“twenty-oh-nine!” etc) from the other grades this year, probably because the other years don’t sound as nice (some juniors even said “twenty-oh-ten” but that was just stupid). It was definitely a lot more exciting than previous years, but I guess it’s just because I’m a senior and it was my last sports day at the school.
It also snowed a lot throughout the day, and I was like “yeah!!” but then when school ended, it was raining and the snow was all dark and mushy, and I was like “gosh darn it.”
