Have you ever seen a random person staring at the camera while a TV reporter is reporting some breaking news? Yeah… you probably know what I’m talking about. They always look so silly. And then there’s those people who pretend like they don’t see the camera but walk right in front of it. It’s even funnier when it’s in a closed-off area. I remember watching TV one day and seeing this one guy walk right in front of a camera like this:
My actual freewrite was actually very similar to this. I just didn’t have all the “yo word up homie g” language in there. And the thing at the end actually happened. Well actually some people thought it was entertaining. I certainly did. Anyway, today it took me literally six hours to do my homework. I got home at around 1 o’clock, started my homework, and I finished at around 7. Seriously! Oh well, only two more days until break! Unfortunately, I have SAT prep tomorrow, and it’s on a Tuesday, so I’ll have to take the subway back to school from the gym. I guess it’s better to have it tomorrow than Wednesday, though, since Wednesday is the day right before break, and it’d suck to have to stay after school like that.
In other news, tomorrow is Sports Day at my school, and since it’s in the morning, I get to miss four classes! And then I have two free periods and then one last class at 8th period. Hooray! I think I was going to… oh right, that’s what it was. I was going to say “I think I was going to say something but I don’t remember what it was” but then I remembered… and… I don’t know why I had to tell you that.
Today in art class, I painted three parts of longcat on three separate sheets of paper and then connected them. It was awesome. Things like this make me wish I had something that can take photos, like a camera or a phone with one or something. But I don’t. Which sucks. Although even if I did have one, I probably wouldn’t use it much, except for rare situations like this.
There’s also the fact that “POE” reminded me of “AOE” (Area of effect, not Age of Empires) spells at the time, which made me visualize some sort of weird SAT-based game. I had imagined this to be much better, but then later I realized that it would take too long for a daily flash so I just kinda stopped. Hooray!
