Today wasn’t really that interesting at all, actually. So of course I had to make up some things. Oh yeah and I also added WakiMikoReimu.com to the links on the right side. Check it out, because it’s awesome.

Oh! I just remembered an insignificant point of interest! The Anime Club’s flyers posted around the school actually ask people if they have watched anime such as Naruto, Bleach, and Dragon Ball Z. Now, I was just making fun of typical “anime-watchers” in my flash about school clubs when I said that they probably just watch Naruto and Bleach (and now Dragon Ball Z, apparently), but these flyers confirm whatever suspicions I had. I should have known.

Perforations

Many of you have probably experienced this before. It’s like “Woah, perforated edges! That must mean it’s easier to rip out!” But you can’t always trust them.

Nitori and the nice boat

Personally, I don’t think this one is really that good at all… it’s full of plot holes and random things I decided to put in there just because I was running out of ideas. In fact, in the middle of making it, I was just like “where am I even going with this?” because I had no idea what to do next. It’s full of running jokes this time around (sorry, Anonymous!), so when you’re watching it, don’t expect something that new or exciting. I don’t think I’ll be posting this flash anywhere else, but someone else wants to do it, I don’t really mind. It’s not that the flash itself is really that bad, I just think it could have been a lot better. But I guess the good news is that if I ever want to use these characters in another flash, I won’t really have to draw them again.

I think I need to come up with some new material, or just not commit myself to making flashes every week unless I actually have a clear idea in my mind of what they should be about. However, Halloween is coming up, and I kinda have some ideas for that. Kind of. And yeah, I guess that’s it for today. (And now I just realized how negative this blog entry sounds)

More Nitori

Added Nitori to create.swf. I’m working on the next flash now, and it doesn’t look as nice as I had imagined it to be. It’s possible that I’ll finish it today, but that’ll most likely happen some time tomorrow.

Just so I have a blog entry for today, I decided to make this. And actually, this Nitori looks a lot better than the one I made for the next flash… so I might just edit this one and use it instead, even though she seems really short in comparison to the other characters. Or maybe not, I dunno. The next flash will probably involve Nitori and possibly some of the PoFV crew (Komachiiiii!), with returning characters from older flashes. I’ll start drawing some of the characters for the flash later today, and then work on it tomorrow and part of Sunday (if I don’t finish by Saturday). In other news, happy birthday Trax!
