Oh dear, don’t mention four-day weekends. We just had a TON of snow and we didn’t have school all this week. I don’t even want to think about how many days that is `-`

That’s actually a little surprising. I thought NYC had gotten something closer to the volume of snow hitting Baltimore/DC, but apparently not. Guess that’ll teach me to check the weather reports more closely.

@Anon_of_TC: Snow in Texas, at least from Dallas on north, isn’t nearly as uncommon as most might think. The panhandle in particular, technically being part of the Great Plains, will experience snow. You may not have seen nearly as much as DC/Baltimore, but it takes a lot less snow to shut things down for a long weekend in Texas than on the East Coast…
