Nitori EWI

(Nicovideo)

Winn‘s Nitori EWI video! Complete with jetpacks and flashbacks. Awesome as always. This video was also sort of discussed in yesterday’s post’s comments, so you can just copy/paste your comments over if you want. In other news, happy Labor Day to people in the US! It’s also, for some people (like myself), the day before school starts! Hooray, school.

  • It’s labor day here in Canada too, and I just arrived at my campus Residence. :p

  • Definitely my favorite one, Nitori is so cute trying to befriend the human kids.

  • Nitori’s experience with the humans is so cute ^^ Nitori’s awesome!

  • I just hate the way this guy dresses the main characters from his videos like that. School swimsuits are horrible.

  • Nitoriiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

  • @Uberchoo: School swimsuit are moé.
    I love them~ o_ó

  • Like I said in the other comment-section: WTF is up with giving her a backstory that starts out angsty!? :P

But yeah, Good End is good. And cute. |3

  • And I just watched it 2 hours ago lol.

    I love Nitori so much.

  • I love the lickle school swimsuits, they’re cute depending upon which char wears one.

Also I go to college tomorrow couinceidently, but just for Advice Day with the Mascot of the Day, Advice Man who will give advice to thos in need such as, “That building is buring down. My adice is to locate the nearest fire exit route in a calm manner and leave the building immediently.”

  • I love this song. It’s such a shame that the battle it plays in is way too short to hear the whole thing.

  • Oh yeah … I’ve already had classes for a week already.

  • My birthday was on Friday. This can be consittered a gift =D

  • well..angsty or not..trying to become friends with humans seem to be the main conflict in any story involving a kappa usually. It’s like the part of their youkai features.
Also..If you dont like the swimsuit…then good luck..because he’s known as the “school swimsuit justice” guy. At least a swimsuit is actually appropriate for a kappa lol.

    school starts tomorrow…..Yaaaay…booo…yay..nay..

  • Aha. So it comes with the genre, then? Kay, never mind.

  • …..

*blasts Squidgy with Love Sign 「Master SPARTA」*

  • Crap, need to finish my summer assignments

@Uberchoo: “I just hate the way this guy dresses the main characters from his videos like that.”

    Um… good for you?

Seriously… what kind of response were you LOOKING for? :P So, you don’t like something. Ok. …and?

LOTS of people don’t like certain things. Yet, other people do. It’s all fine and well to have a personal opinion, but you’re not the only one on the planet.

    “School swimsuits are horrible.”

    Says you.

  • Marissa Stole The 1957 Buick

Anyway, i just wanted to mention that. Personally, this is a huge pet peeve of mine.

This growing trend on the internet of people to actually throw out smarmy, negative, personal opinions as if they are true and unrivaled statements or facts, and expecting that absolutely everyone must stop what they are doing and care.

Whatever happened to when people used to add “I think..”, “in my opinion…” or “Well, if you ask me..” in front of dismissive, self-righteous, and entirely subjective opinions?

You know, back when people used to actually REALIZE that their opinions are all subjective on entirely debatable topics?

I mean, instead of sounding like complete asses, and thus making their own opinion look substantially less valid as a result of the idiotically trollish way their smarmy statements come out.

I guess the internet these days is a place where absoutely everyone is an island unto themselves, and to hell with anyone else that, for instance cares for School Swimsuits (for example?)

Either that, or just about everyone on the internet these days has regressed severely, maturaity-wise to the point where they havn’t surpassed with own id.. but rather crawl back into it like a snug, protective security blanket to shield themselves from the mere possibility that someone might ever dare to think otherwise.

All so they can pretend that theirs is the only opinion in the world, because they are, in fat, the only sole living survivor of the human race, and everyone else is some kind of machine.

Meanwhile, i’m serious. Whatever happened to common decency? Or is just easier for humanity and internet posters especially To be so unbelievably self-absorbed and assy?

  • @Marissa Stole The 1957 Buick: “LOTS of people don’t like certain things. Yet, other people do. It’s all fine and well to have a personal opinion, but you’re not the only one on the planet.”

Yes, he was posting his personal opinion. It’s not like he was saying something like:

“How could you guys possibly enjoy this? Just look at the way they are dressed! School swimsuits?! Disgusting. You are all disgusting.”

Instead he said, “I just hate the way this guy dresses the main characters from his videos like that.” (Keyword: I) If people weren’t allowed to post their negative opinions, they shouldn’t be allowed to post positive ones either.

Note that a positive version of the theoretical post would also be bad. It’s the kind of intolerant and arrogant attitude of the poster that’s sinful.

  • XD LONG POST

I read that comment earlier, I didn’t pay much attention, mainly because I didn’t care much about that negative comment. Just because they have an opinion they want you to care about and agree with 100% doesn’t mean they’re going to get what they want.

Highly doubt that he wanted everyone to agree with him, because if that short post was really supposed to change the way I look at things, then that would have been massive failure.

I don’t know about you guys, but I occasionally look at what I’m about to post, and make sure that I don’t get a bunch of flamers on my backs because of a post, especially when I’m about to say that something sucks.

(Obviously this is not the case with youtube links. COME ON GUYS THAT WAS FUNNY :> maybe I should have put a warning on it?)

Also I hate how tomorrow I have to go to school, and half of these pencils don’t sharpen properly. I ABSOLUTELY HATE THOSE FAULTY PENCILS THAT WON’T WORK NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU SHARPEN IT. >=(

  • what the how did i post something that long

  • NO WAY! THAT’S IMPOSSIBLE!

  • Cirno and I will sit on this comfortable couch and eat popcorn as we watch this wall of text pass by.

  • Eh, I like them in school swimsuits.

  • I thought the short story running in the background was a nice touch. I didn’t really think much of this theme, or any of the MoF themes, until I started listening to the remixes. Now I’ve grown to like most of the MoF themes.

Also, some more create.swf previews for those interested.

  • Before it changes into a jetpack, the thing on Nitori’s back is an older version of Mabuchi Underwater Motor.

Here’s an image of one attached to a GOGG. lol..

  • Ah… college is gonna start for me tomorrow as well…
    Good luck with studies Kirby.

  • School starts in 1 hour 14 minutes, and it takes me 50 minutes to get to school. :D

Half the pencils I tried to sharpen just wouldn’t. :(

  • Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh…

    Okay.

@Marissa Stole The 1957 Buick: I was just giving my opinion, not insulting anyone or trying to make other people change their point of view. You want me to not give negative opinions? Give me a break.

I just said what I think. Period.

DECENCY? Oh, please, I wasn’t insulting anyone. Or at least I wasn’t surpassing the human limit of respect. You’re just being pretty excessive and overreacting.

Or is it that I should put “I think” or “In my humble opinion” in EVERY sentence I write? I guess not, because that’d be redundant and would make my post look slightly stupid, more than humble.

    Rephrasing my post:

I think the video in this post is pretty nice, but I too think that the looks of Nitori are ruined due to the school swimsuit, which, in my humble opinion, is horrible. Not trying to offend anyone.

    See what I mean?

  • *throws pie-danmaku at the SERIOUS BUSINESS people*

  • Look, can we keep this Touhou-related and less personal instead? Not that I don’t like it, but ‘nuclear fallout’ affects even those not involved.

Thank you. Moar Nitori nao plz.

  • Nitori related. This video kinda got me thinking of Nitori as a variable fighter. That would be an awesome game. Something along the lines of Robotech: Battle Cry gameplay. Robotech/Macross missiles have always been somewhat danmaku like anyway. I think it would work.

  • The entire swimsuit-thread should get death sentenced by Yuyuko

  • You can’t eat words on the internet. :D

  • What the…? Wall of text about the swimsuits? I just ignore them and enjoy the music.

  • Yeah, same here; mostly I keep it open in a separate tab and enjoy the music while I surf the web, do stuff on Gaia, play IaMP, stuff like that. (Oh wait nevermind IaMP already has some pretty awesome music)

  • hey winn, do a hina one next

  • I’m still waiting for a Tewi EWI. |3

  • By the way, ¿what does EWI stand for?

  • Bloody Hell! This video was removed by youtube!! Hell and Devil!

And, btw, is this guy a strike witches fetichist?
