Today’s videos… yeah. Two of them. First one is yet another K-On! thing (an incomplete version of the OP; not much actual animation until near the end), and the second one is some other thing. Not a very interesting week in terms of videos, I guess. Well, besides the new Nico medley stuff, which is actually quite awesome (but since the song is over 10 minutes long, there aren’t many versions of it uploaded to youtube since it doesn’t allow videos that long, and the ones that are up are split into different parts which isn’t so awesome).

WTF °° The new niconico medley already played by marasy… This guy is a god…
Marasy is absolutely nuts. The part around 9:20 where the chaos portion of the medley takes over and he actually starts playing multiple melodies at the same time with the same hand blew my mind. It’s been, what, less than a week since the thing was even released?

I mean, not even WINN is that crazy… when he played the UN Owen EWI, didn’t he have to slow it down a bit and play it like four times because it was so intense? Just… wow.
Marasy stopped being human an ascended to the God level long ago. I just forgot exactly when. But some kind of called that moment something along the lines of “Logging out from humanity”. I would say that most he plays does amaze me but does not surprise me.
But I totally didn’t expect for him to play it like 2 or 3 days after the release of the new medley.
In fact, let’s compare just because I say so.

That’s a difference of 67 hours 10 minutes and 46 seconds. (Why the hell am I even counting seconds?) or 2 days and 19 hours. So we can subtract from that the time it took him to see and watch the video (whatever it was, unless he spends all day refreshing the page in the Music category which doesn’t make a lot of sense) and just with that we can deduce that he is a GOD and I wouldn’t be surprised if he uploaded it 1 freaking day after he actually watched the medley. GOD
dammitAnd I watched him play Native Faith when it was the only thing in his mylist. Hooray!

Just thought I’d clarify that the K-On video isn’t the usual castanet-spam and mediocre remixes, but a WIP video of the show’s OP done with the SDM crew. Like Piroko said most of the finished portions are near the end, including U.N.Owen getting blended into the track. Considering it’s a WIP it’s pretty damn good, and I’m really looking forward to seeing the finished product.
So for those of you who skipped it based purely on the flood of K-On crap we’ve gotten in the last few weeks, I’d recommend you go back and take a look.
@Mew: No, that’s Cirno’s theme from the games (see also “Adventure of the Lovestruck Tomboy” in the “related” menu for her PoFV theme). Cirno’s Perfect Math Class is a remix of that.

The K-On! thing was very impressive indeed, but, the cirno vid was even AWESOME!-r!!!
My actual theory is that Marasy is not a God himself but the Monkey is and it is possessing Marasy to make him play. Makes so much sense.
