There’s also the fact that “POE” reminded me of “AOE” (Area of effect, not Age of Empires) spells at the time, which made me visualize some sort of weird SAT-based game. Actually happened. Anyway, today I had SAT prep, and I will have it again on Friday. I got my practice test back, and I got 20 points higher than I did on the last test (1880 this time). I dropped like… 60 points in the math section, but I increased a total of 80 points on the other two sections! Yay! But kinda… not yay. I thought I’d do a lot better though, since this test seemed a lot easier than the last one. Oh well, I still improved!
A flash about grammar police. So anyway, tomorrow I have another practice SAT, and it’ll be from 3:30 to about 7:30, which sucks (probably even later, because it usually takes awhile to get started). I’ll probably get home at around 8, and then bath/dinner will probably take about 45 minutes to an hour combined, and I’ll have about an hour left. That’s probably not enough time to do a daily flash (well, even if it is, I want to do other things with my time), so I’ll release the Touhou Halloween flash tomorrow instead, because it’s been pretty much done since yesterday.
Today was quite a long day. I thought I’d have enough time to do my art project in those two hours between my dismissal time (1:30) and 3:30, when SAT prep starts, but apparently not. That ACT test I was talking about yesterday was actually scheduled for today, and I saw people getting papers during first period telling them to go to the auditorium some time later in the day. I didn’t get one, so I assumed I wasn’t taking it (I gave in the $9.20 fee like… two days ago, and it was supposed to be collected during the first two weeks of October).
So sixth period came, I went to the library and did my homework, and went upstairs for my last class of the day. Well, this lady was waiting outside and she asked me if I knew this one person. I was like “I am that person!” and she told me I could go down to the auditorium to take the test, and I was all “okay” and I didn’t have to go to my last class. I went down to the auditorium, got my test, then realized that I was going to do my art project but the art teacher probably wouldn’t be there after the test ended, so I ran out to get some charcoal and paper so I could do it at home (more on this later).
The SAT prep guy is seriously hilarious. I cannot begin to describe it. So I won’t. Instead, I will talk about the PSATs, which I took today! It was kinda easy except there was one passage about a princess and some queen and the princess’s grandmother or whatever, and I was like “wtf are they talking about” and it was really boring and whatnot. I probably read over the passage like five times before I finally understood what was going on. And yeah. That’s it.
