Here’s this Kogasa PV. IN OTHER NEWS, I am done with classes for this semester!! Took finals for P.chem and HSS2 (a humanities class) today, and presented my digital logic design project (the final circuit has a nicer-looking lighting pattern and other stuff). And now I am done!! Here is a Tumblr entry about finals week. So yeah, I finished my first year of college! Awesome!
First off, congrats on completing your freshman year!
Brief comments on the video: I don’t pretend to understand most of this, but yeah, guitarist Unzan in Kamina shades is pretty awesome. Poor Kogasa gets her turn to whale on the sin-sacks, too.
Re: Finals
Digital Logic – Sounds like your prof wasn’t playing fair in terms of prepping you for the final, unless you left out some part of his class where he warned you to study certain topics even if he didn’t cover them in class. (And that’s still not really good.) I suppose if he grades on the curve, that’s good for avoiding a low grade, but it doesn’t help if nobody in the class learned enough to do them any good.
Vector Calc – Sounds like it went pretty good for you
Physics – This may have been as much a test of the students’ ability to prioritize problems as to solve them. At least it seems like a better chance to measure what you learned than the Digital Logic test.
Diff Eq – Ergh…reminds me of having do proofs back in high school trig. I understood the principles of the rules I was trying to prove, but having to prove them always gave me trouble. Deriving the heat equations sounds like a similar deal.
Hope you get that new ID w/o any trouble this week.
P. Chem – Wish you could’ve paced yourself better. Talk to your professor if the grade doesn’t come up to what you need, I guess.
HSS2 – Oh boy, essay tests. I get writer’s cramp easily, more so since I’ve not done any major handwritten assignments since…well, since my essay finals back in college, I guess. And it was a pain back then. At least it doesn’t sound like knowing the answers was too difficult, so long as you’d done the reading.
DLD Presentations – Your design project was an interesting choice (though I couldn’t see the green lights blinking at all, I’m afraid). Hope that loose power wire didn’t cost you much in penalties or anything.
One guy actually passed out? Don’t think that ever happened in any of the courses I took…
Now, time to relax and party! Hmm…EoSD, SWR or Double Spoiler?
