You should probably remove the MMD tag, a quick check of the video tags on Nico shows that none of the videos are made in MMD.
1st Video: Awesome PC-98 piece, and the animation was pretty good too.
ENS PVs: Awesome. It looks like the successor to the Dogfight video has been found. Nayuta+kurotori is always good. The flandre one was kinda too cutesy for me though..

Hina Higurashi thing: nice arrangement but there was so much horrible static in the track..

1. “Touhou EMI 26: Alice Maestra”
Hey, WINN’s tackling more PC98 music! Hmm…early imagery is a bit more suggestive than his norm. But hey, it’s got Genjii and PC 98 Yuuka, plus a great arrangement of another lovely piece of ZUN music. (Ooh, Double-Sparked!)
2. “Flameless Dance ≠ Rotation”
(One YouTube version translates this as “Eternal Dance (Has No) Rotation”.) Wow, pretty lengthy PV. Good vocal arrangement of Utsuho’s theme, and some very striking CG visuals. The faces come across to me as a little too flat compared to the rest of the models, but it’s a minor thing.
3. “Secret Sister Complex”
Different album, but similar, if not identical, program used to animate the PV. Might’ve known from the title this was a Flandre video. :-) Visually far more repetitive and not quite as dynamic overall as the Utsuho PV, but it has some good moments.
4. “Mochi-Pounding Master Spark”
Heh…I was amused by how this sounds like something from the 8-bit era…and then I got the visuals at 0:39. Guess Marisa got a little too hammer-happy.
5. “Porinky March Spirit + Extra”
First part is based on this commercial for Porinky (or Porinki), a brand of corn chip snack in Japan, sort of like triangular Corn Chex. In other news, Sunny Milk’s got a hellishly powerful right cross. Poor Cirno.
6. “I Tried Making a Touhou Video (w. Voice Actors)”
Uh-oh, this one’s got an R-18 tag.

Well, that was…odd. Reimu questions Tenshi on the merits of using the triangular sawhorse. Tenshi invites her to try, even saying that Reimu won’t suffer any damage if she has a heavenly peach or two. Reimu brushes off her cheering, not wanting to be perverted by association. She’s just curious. “That’s what they all say…at first.” Cue fade to black.
7. “When the Goddess of Misfortune Cries”
Well, the title’s obviously based on “When the Evening Cicadas/Black-Tailed Gulls Cry”, and indeed, it combines “Dark Side of Fate” and “you”. It’s the artist’s third attempt to mix two famous songs to make…a new famous song, hopefully. It’s certainly a pretty blend of the two originals.
Also,Winn’s been playing Fallout 3.

There are THREE arranges for “you”? Let’s see: There’s one with Darkside of Fate (shown here), there’s one with Because Princess Inada is Scolding Me, finally there’s…uh…what’s the third one, if I may ask?

I have no idea how many Touhou/”you” mixes there are. This is just the artist’s third attempt to mix two famous songs together, not his/her third attempt to remix another song with “you” specifically.
